NCHS Class of 86 - 30th Reunion Weekend FAQs

TRANSPORTATION
What are my transportation options for getting to these events?

Friday night: 

For our Out-of-Towners:
TheCountry Inn Suitesoffers a shuttle!
The 10pm shuttle Friday would be free, 11pm and 12 midnight will be free, also, so long as our class reserves at least 20 hotel nights.
Based on the feedback from our hotel poll, it looks like we will make this number.
So yes, the shuttle should be free.

And, for the locals…don’t forget that the parking deck allows “we are not driving home” parking
(info coming), or find a DD or use American Taxi.

Saturday Tour: 
For our Out-of-Towners:
The Country Inn Suites offers a shuttle. 
We will be reserving a time slot so all of the NCHS 86 Guests can ride to the Tour via the shuttle…
And, for all others…there is plenty of parking on the NCHS campus.

Saturday Event:
For our Out-of-Towners:
If you have chosen to stay at the Courtyard Inn …you’ve got it made!

For those who opted to stay elsewhere or are locals driving in the hotel has plenty of parking on site. 
If there are special parking needs please inform the hotel.

30th REUNION MAIN EVENT

How much are tickets for the Saturday Main Event?
$ 50 for Early Bird thru August 31, 2016,   
$ 60 for Standard Admission thru September 30, 2016
$ 86 for Being Tardy October 1 thru October 10, 2016
NO tickets will be sold after October 10, 2016
Again, there will be NO Door Sales, you must have a pre-paid ticket to attend.
So Register NOW 

How much are tickets for the NCHS Tour Event?
$  5.00 per adult and kids over the age of 12yo. 
We ask that you register  as we will be using the monies to provide coffee and donuts. 

How much are tickets for the Friday Night Patio Party?
NCHS charged $100 to reserve the Patio at the End Zone (nearest the school) 
(hint, hint--donations welcomed!)  
Here you will be able to find your classmates with ease and get your GlowRing!
PLEASE NO BEER OR BOOZE…they know what happened at our graduation ceremony! 
Any binoculars will be confiscated!

What is the refund policy?
Due to the venue, the caterer's requirements and need to lock the numbers, no refunds are available after October 1, 2016.

*Please note refunds will be less transaction fees that have been or will be incurred for processing. 
Should you have any questions, you may direct them to napervilleclassof86@gmail.com. 
A response to your refund request will be within 2 full business days.

I have dietary restrictions, will I be able to eat the food?
We have provided a full menufor your review. 

Tell me more about the Open Bar.
It’s a RUMOR!  This weekend is all about the cash bar (Yes, they will take your credit card, too!)

Do you have any hotel or lodging suggestions?
For classmates traveling back to Naperville, please refer to theHotel/Conference Center Info/Location page or our Facebook NCHS Class of 1986 group. 

What do I wear?
The events have all been designed to be casual attire.  If you want to wear a tux/ball gown – go for it! 
If you want to wear your p.j.s – go for it!.

Yes!  We will have a table set up for leaving your business cards!
